This pattern was published by The New Idea Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Ladies' and Misses' Bathrobe, with fronts closed to the neck or rolled open and two-seam sleeves. Pockets may be omitted." Minimal directions. Pattern dates circa 1921.
Suggested fabrics: Bathrobes were made of cotton crepe, beacon, corduroy, tussah, blanket cloth, and stout. The colors were navy blue, dark green, black, taupe, dark wine, and dark brown.
Materials required: 5-1/4 Yds. 36" wide fabric.
This Vintage Revivals pattern is only one size; the original size. The pattern envelope, instructions and pattern pieces are unedited. The older the pattern the more likely it is to have limited instructions. This pattern is printed on blue line paper and packaged in plastic.
