This 1905 Steet Costume is a trimmed and detailed suit with pleated skirt, lacy bodice and separate Bolero Jacket. The Original was constructed in Black Marquisette.
Materials Required: 12 yds of 45" Fabric for Bodice, Jacket and Skirt, 2-1/2 yds of 45" lining fabric for bodice, 1 yd of 45" lining fabric for Jacket, 5 yds of 45" fabric for Petticoat, 3/4 yds of multipurpose canvas interfacing, 3/8 yds Georgette, 3 yds 1" Ruching or Ribbon, 5 yds 3/4" pregathered Lace, 5 yds 1/2" to 3/4" Insert Lace, 5 pkgs Soutache Braid, 10 yds Folded Flat Braid, 3/8 yd 1" Crocheted Insert Lace, 2 pkgs Double Fold Bias Tape, 1 yd non-elastic Belting, 4 yds Featherboning, 1/2 yd of 1/4" Trim Lace.
