This pattern was published by The New Butterick Pattern Company. Originally the pattern was described as "Daytime Frocks- Follow the New Mode". Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1929-1931.
Suggested fabrics: Daytime Frocks were made of silk crepe, georgette, crepe de chine, crepe roma, silk or cotton voile, satin, sheer rayons or celanese, satin crepe, sheer rayons, satin, taffeta, and radium. The colors were Nile green, rose France, Waikiki, navy blue and black.
Materials required: 4-1/2 Yds. 36" wide.
