The shape of the cut allows for plenty of fullness at the bottom while the top remains smooth, with no gathers or pleats. Fits any width. Depth has a cutting line for 12", 15", and 18". Other depths may be achieved. Depth of valance is restricted by width of fabric. The toppers are soft, three styles are included. Both valance and topper attach to the same board.
