Size: 34" bust, 28" waist, 37" hips.
This pattern was published by The McCall Pattern Company. It was originally described as "Junior Miss Dress. Button front waist ends in a detachable collar with jabot. Long straight or short tucked sleeves. Three back pleats give fullness to skirt. Removable belt." Detailed illustrated directions. Pattern dates circa 1937-1938.
Suggested fabrics: Crepes, broadcloth, faille, novelty woolens, velour, taffeta, pique, cloque, challis, linen, duvetyn, and jacquard. The colors were royale blue, ruby wine, peacock blue, forest green, navy blue, brown, black, and Venetian violet.
Materials required: Dress: 4-3/8 Yds. 36" fabric.
